McDonald's Del Frate is not a corporate website — it's the digital home of an Austrian family business. Roberto Del Frate has been a McDonald's franchisee since 1997, growing his operation to eleven restaurants across Vienna and Lower Austria, employing around 400 people. The company keeps expanding: Gänserndorf is the latest addition. Their previous website didn't keep up: no real location finder, no dedicated recruiting section — even though hiring is mission-critical for a food-and-retail operation of this scale.
