Rechtsanwalt Weinberger

Static website for the Vienna law firm Weinberger: a Dreamweaver template with solid basic SEO, kept editable in-house through Adobe Contribute.

back to overview

By late 2012, the Vienna law firm Weinberger needed a quiet, dependable web presence — no experiments, no expensive backend licences, just a calm online business card that took prospective clients seriously and stayed out of the way during a first contact. Law firms still ran largely on referrals back then, but Google had already become the first stop for due diligence. The Weinberger site was built squarely for that gap.

  • Static HTML stack built on a Dreamweaver template — lean, fast, no CMS to maintain
  • Design by Susanne Auer: restrained typography, classical law-firm look, no marketing noise
  • Basic SEO with clean information architecture, descriptive URLs and meta data tuned for Vienna search results
  • Wired up for Adobe Contribute so the firm could edit copy and news entries themselves, no HTML knowledge required
  • Structured topic pages for the Weinberger practice areas, easy to scan for first-time visitors
  • Address, phone and e-mail placed prominently for low-friction first contact
  • Performance-minded: no heavy frameworks, snappy load times even on the mobile networks of the day

Weinberger ended up with an unfussy online presence that matched the firm's own self-image — and an editorial setup the team could run without outside help. Built with rockit in 2012, it remains a deliberately small, pragmatic entry in the portfolio: proof that not every good website needs a CMS, sometimes it just needs the right tool for the job.
